Our quotes are fully itemised and fixed. The price you're quoted is the price you pay. If the scope changes at your request, we always issue a variation notice before any additional costs are incurred.

Yes. We carry comprehensive public liability and employer's liability insurance. All site operatives hold current CSCS cards. Documentation available on request.

Yes — our project management service includes liaising with local councils, managing planning applications, and ensuring all building regulations are met. We can also advise on permitted development rights.
