❓ FAQ
Before You Buy
What should I confirm before purchasing?
Before buying, please confirm the product name, device OS, plan specs, support status, usage limits, and whether it fits your needs. If unsure, provide the product name and device info to confirm first.
Why confirm support status first?
Game versions, system versions, the author's maintenance status, and uncontrollable factors can all affect what is supported. Some items may be temporarily updating, under maintenance, or unable to sync immediately.
Why are there different plans for the same game?
The same game may offer different specs depending on device OS, validity period, supported content, version status, feature scope, or plan source. Confirm the product name, plan spec, period, and content before buying; the actual selected spec prevails.
Is pricing fixed?
Different products, plans, periods, device systems, and support statuses may affect plan content. Please rely on the current page info and your confirmed result before buying.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
Most items are digital content, online services, or virtual information. Once sent, activated, bound, taught, or made usable, the transaction is considered complete. Except for issues that are our responsibility, refunds or exchanges are generally not accepted.
VIP Plan
What is CCMENU VIP?
CCMENU VIP mainly organizes iOS / Android game support info, device compatibility notes, version status, and related precautions, so players can confirm the current support scope before buying.
Does VIP support all games?
VIP is a multi-game support service and is not recommended if you only want a single specific game. A single game may be temporarily unavailable due to version updates, maintenance, or support changes.
Can I use a VIP game right after it updates?
Not necessarily. When a VIP-supported game updates, it may need the author's adaptation. Non-exclusive titles must wait for the overseas author to finish adapting; we cannot guarantee instant sync.
How do iOS VIP and Android VIP differ?
iOS VIP and Android VIP may differ in supported devices, install method, supported content, and usage limits. Confirm your device OS, game version, and current support status before buying.
Device & Compatibility
What's the difference between Apple and Android support?
Apple and Android may differ in install method, supported content, usage limits, and devices. Apple content is best viewed on iPhone / iPad; Android content may vary by Android device or emulator environment. Confirm your device OS and current support status before buying.
Can Apple assist versions log in with Apple ID or Game Center?
No. No Apple assist version can log in with Apple ID or Game Center, nor keep account progress previously bound to them. Apple assist versions can only log in via the currently supported method. If a title only supports guest login, it starts from scratch and cannot import existing account data — please confirm before buying.
What should I note about Apple assist login and progress?
No Apple assist version can log in with Apple ID or Game Center or keep bound progress. Guest-login-only titles start from scratch. Apple assist versions usually cannot make in-app purchases (e.g. gift packs). If you stop using it later, progress may not be retained. While in use you can usually download and install over the top without affecting current progress; but a later certificate revocation (揉籤), reinstall, version change, or other uncontrollable factor may reset progress to the initial state.
Which devices do Featured Apps support?
The Featured Apps page organizes common apps and related support info. Support, feature status, and devices vary by app. Some items are iPhone / iPad only — confirm support status and device compatibility before buying.
Can Android use an emulator?
Some Android plans may support Android devices or PC emulators, but actual support depends on the game, version, system environment, and current plan content.
How many devices can an activation code bind?
An activation code is usually limited to one device. For device changes, reinstalls, resets, or other device changes, whether assistance is possible depends on the current plan rules and actual situation.
Updates & Support Status
What is Apple certificate revocation (揉籤)?
It means an app's signature or install certificate on an iOS device has become invalid — usually because the enterprise signature or install certificate was revoked or expired by Apple — preventing the app from opening. Once it happens, the game may not launch or may need reinstalling. For guest-login titles, a reinstall may be treated as a new account and lose progress. This is a risk tied to Apple's signing mechanism and certificate status; we cannot fully avoid it, so understand the risk before buying or using an Apple assist version.
Why do some features suddenly stop working?
Features may change due to game updates, anti-cheat adjustments, system changes, the author's maintenance, certificate status, or uncontrollable factors. This is a normal risk of third-party tools and support services.
Does a permanent card truly guarantee permanent use?
A permanent card usually means usable while the service is actively maintained — not official game permanence, and it does not guarantee immunity from game updates, end of maintenance, system changes, certificate status, or other uncontrollable factors.
After-sales & Site Info
What if I'm not sure it will work?
Provide the product name, device OS, game version, and your needs to confirm current support status before deciding to buy, to avoid misunderstandings from device or version mismatch.
Is using third-party tools risky?
Yes. Using game mods, third-party tools, or related assist content carries inherent risk, including account anomalies, login restrictions, data anomalies, feature failure, certificate revocation, reinstalls, progress loss, or other unexpected issues. Users assess and bear the risk themselves.
Is CCMENU official?
No. CCMENU is not affiliated with any game developer, publisher, or platform. The site mainly provides game support info, device compatibility notes, version status, tutorials, and service descriptions, for reference and personal research only.
