This page explains how to change your Lexis account password.

  1. Go to the account settings page

2. Find the password change option​

3. Fill in the information​

Required input:

  1. Original password（Old Password）

    • Enter your current password

  2. New Password（New Password）

    • Enter the new password you want to set
    • Follow password conventions

  3. Repeat new password（Confirm New Password）

    • Enter new password again to confirm

4. Submit changes​

Click the "Change Password" button to complete the modification

Password specifications​

Password requirement
  • only usenumbers + letterscombination
  • Length at least8 bits
  • Do not use: Chinese, space, Chinese symbols
  • It is recommended to use a mixture of upper and lower case letters

  • ❌ 123456- too simple
  • ❌ Password 123- Contains Chinese

  1. Remember new password- If the password is lost, it may not be retrieved.
  2. Back up now- Record the new password immediately after changing it
  3. Change regularly- Recommended to replace every 3-6 months

If you forget your current password​

  1. Look for "Forgot Password" on the login page
  2. If this option is not available, contact after-sales support
